A tale of Prague and Fish Bowls

ONCE AGAIN
i´m sorry everyone for the posting being so slow. It is becasue it is rediculously expensive to use the internet here.

PRAGUE!

Prague was pretty great. Not only is it a beautiful city with some breath taking art but it is pretty inexpensive which was a welcome change from Paris and most other cities useing the Euro.

Day1 Fish Bowl

We arrive off the bus at about 4pm and we wern't quite sure what exactly we wanted to do with are first night in Prague. We tossed around the idea of going out but that fell through becasue everything was about a 40 min tram ride form our hostel and it was a unfamiliar city to us still. Sooooooo we decided to go to the bar get some pizza and a drink. Well the pizza was good but the drink was a little bit bigger then i thought...it said DELUXE....it was a very large fish bowl 5 liters of alcohol later ( split between the 4 of us) i am now up on the bar with my shirt off dancing and then danceing with every girl on the dance floor. Chelsea thankfully made sure i kept my pants on (thank you!) I don´t remeber much of the night but i woke up the next morning with whip marks on my back from someones scarf and i think i fell on my hand and jammed my fingers.
I kept having flash back through out the day and then became the favorite topic of the hostel and recieved many cat calls when walking through the building.

Day 2 A Day of Culture

To make up for the drunkin shananagans of the privious night We needed a day of culture and good food. at 10,30 we headed out to the tram and took the number 3 tram towards old town...at least we thought we did....We ended up going the wrong way and ending up in the ghetto of Prague and got stuck at the end of the line......1hr later.... we are back on track and heading for the center of town. we get there and it was amazing! Painted building and we happened to be ther ewhen i nationallity celibration was going on. it was great to see all the different chiors and performances in the town square and through the streets. We ended up making are way towards Prague castle but stopped for dinner before at a place called...Mount Steak it had your run of the mill selections of meats there you know....Beef,Chicken,Pork,.....kangaroo, camel, Zebra, rattlesnake, Gazelle. just to name a few. I did not eat anything cute or exotic to clearify. It was around 10.00pm when we finally got to Prague Castle. Stunning is the only way to discribe it. The cathedral in the center of the castle was so unbelievably ornate we spent about 30mins and each side of the catheral. After that amazing ness we then started the journey back to the hostel (side note, the hostel kicked ass and had a pool and sauna i was in heaven) We got on the #15 tram back. soon after we got on the tram at the next stop we picked up the German dance squad in full laderhossen glory. they were a rowdy drunk bunch so ofcorse we took a picture with them.

Day 3 A Day of Nature

We decided we needed some green in our life becasue its been not stop cities. We headed to one of the biggest parks in Prague to relax and take in the park.
