Catching up!

I am so sorry to everyone for not posting in the past few days.

I'm still alive, it's just been hectic here i have so much to see and so little time here (3 days really isn't enought time to see everything in Paris) plus on top of that Internet usage here is waaay more expensive then Dublin. So here we go!

Day 1

Flew into Paris and things went relativly smoothly...until we went to get on the Metro to go into Paris. Just before i pasted the turnstyle to board the train two Frech Military Officers Charged past me into the terminal we then had to evacuate the area because there was "suspect" baggage on the train.

It turned out fine it wasn't a bomb or anything so yay for that!

Chelsea and i got on the train ( that had now has backed up for 2 hours and was packed like a sardine can) we finally found are Hostel called ST. Christophers.

It is a kickass hostel happy hour bar attached for people who are staying at the hostel 10% off food and it has enexcellent hip young design to it lots of modern art great beds and a view of the canal from our room.

(i'll post pictures)

When we arrived we went up to our room and crashed haaaard. we hadn't really got to sleep since our trip started so we napped for about an hour then meeting Aaaron and his sister Annaliece. We met our four room mates who were some traveling Austrailians. They were really nice i think they were about 24 I only rememeber 2 of the 4s names. We went down to meet Aaron and Annaliece we hung out for a bit and got some food at the bar and then we were planning on going out on the town but drinks are crazy expensive so we were going to pregame alittle we went and bought a few drinks and headed back to our room. When we got in the Ausssies were already waaaay gone so we asked them if they wanted to play some American drinking games so we played some kings and some other games then they asked us if we wanted to head some club called Rexroad on the opossite side of Paris we said sure becasue the metro can get you there way fast (i wish we had more of then in the US) We got there and it was "on of those clubs" you know.....you arn't wearing the right shirt or the right shoes. We got in (because we're just that great) we then stupidly ended up spending 22 euros on bottle of alcohol because we were withsome convincing Aussies.......damn them.......after word the Aussies asked if we want to put some cash together for some blow......we declined......danced a bit then headed out. We then discovered that metro closes at 12 and it was 4 so we had to get a cab back to the hostel where I found my way to an was out fast.

Day 2
After that night we decided to do some culturally stimulating things. so we went and had a picnic under the Eiffel Tower whichwas gorgous ( but i swear to god if someone asks me to buy a eiffel tower keychain i'll cut them) we then headed form there to the Arc de Triomphe (which was what i reeeally wanted to see) it was absolutly amazing. We then heeaded back to the hostel and we ended up meeting our new room mate Andy from Canada he was a cool kid so he ended being added to our group of marry travelers.

Day 3

We grabbed some breakfast then headed out on the metro to go to Norte Dame. Once again beautiful architechture stained glass windows columns. Saw some street performers and got some of the best hazelnut icecream evvvvver. we then headeed to Sacre-ceur and climbed then stairs to to the top while avoiding countless scammers a long the way who would tie a bracelet to your finger and make you pay for it. from that spot you could see all of some awesome performances a long the way. Later that night we went on our first pub crawl which was pretty good cheap drinks and i then discovered i could dance when i got to the club at the end. which was nice. Aaron and Annaliese poll danced like some crazy fiends ( i swear to god they were strippers in another life) Then we caught a cab at the end of the night and met probly the nicest French person we had met the entire time we were in He was also the first person we met who could not speak english. He pointed out good clubs and asked us where we lived which finally understadnding each other took 10mins. Finally we got back and got to bed....we only got 3hrs. of sleep before our bus to amsterdam showed up.

Rough.
but worth it.
:) That was Paris.

(I promis everone i am trying so hard to update as much asi can but getting a few mins of internet access is almost impossible)

I miss everone and i hope everything is going great on the otherside of the world.
